Hello, my name is Naarah. I am an emergency room registered nurse with certification in indoor cycling, step aerobics, group fitness coaching, and nutrition. I have a masters degree in nursing with specialization in public health. I suffered from high LDL cholesterol until I found a solution to my problem. With a little cardio exercise & proper nutrition, I lowered my LDL. When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. I provide education that helps you stay committed to your fitness & wellness goals long after finishing the program. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I will teach you how to build your own whiles using cardio to tone your body with or without equipment at home. We give back to the Kingdom of God by dedicating 10% of our sales proceeds to sponsor a child through World Vision. Let's love the little children just like Jesus loves the little children.
